Creative Estate Planning Course
Many would scoff at the idea that wills, trusts, gift taxes, and estate taxes are simple. Indeed, they are not. At the same time, you do not need to be an estate-planning expert to have an effective plan. Rather, all you need is to be informed. The University of Northern Iowa Foundation’s Creative Estate Planning Course was written with timely information and practical motivations to help you take charge of your estate plan. Five easy-to-read lessons and a recordkeeping booklet are yours free of charge upon your request.
What is the Creative Estate Planning Course? It’s a home-study course composed of five different lessons, each consisting of four pages of easy-to-read information. One lesson is mailed to you each week for five consecutive weeks. The lessons are titled as follows:
A multiple-choice quiz at the end of the lesson tests your knowledge of the information covered. A convenient file folder is provided so you may retain all the lessons for future reference. At the completion of the course, you will receive a handy book titled Your Personal Estate Planning Record. In this practical gift, you can record your personal data and compute your net worth – first steps in the estate planning process.
