Robert and Yvonne Koob Fund for Student Community Engagement Application

STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Submit to Koob Fund, c/o Julianne Gassman, Wellness and Recreation Center 203, Cedar Falls, IA 50614-0241.
- A typed application is expected. Do not submit handwritten forms. Answer all questions completely, including input from both the intern and the host organization as requested.
- Applications that do not meet application guidelines will not be considered.
- For internships occurring in Spring 2010, the application deadline is November 13, 2009.
- For internships occurring in Summer 2010 or Fall 2010, the application deadline is April 16, 2010.
- This

Information Sessions: Learn more about the Koob Fund and application requirements on Thursday, October 29 at 2 p.m. or Thursday, April 16 at 4 p.m. in the Human Performance Center, Room 105.
